Even though I have moved out of NC, I still keep up with some friends I had made in a knitting group. Each year, the group decorates a small tree with yarnie items. It is a fun group project.
I wanted to make something, so I found these very easy crochet stars that I thought would work.
Well, first of all, I missed the deadline of Nov 6th. Secondly, they are a bit too large for the tiny tree! I will used them to decorate my husband’s little drum themed tree instead.
Yellow is not a favorite color of mine, and yet, I seem to have a lot of yellow yarn in my stash.
They look soooooo tiny! I bet they’ll look equally wonderful on your husband’s tree.

oh, it was a fun little project so no big deal. People do love those little sweaters. The knitting group tree always seems to get the highest bids. Last year the tree went for $120!
I just can’t see to knit that tiny anymore.
I love the little tree skirt and think I will make one for my husband’s tree instead of the usual red napkin I use…
