Ive had this pinned for a couple of years:

and finally created my own version. I havent looked at the inspiration in quite a while, so did mine entirely my way.

I have always been enamored of these negative space style embroideries and yours turned out lovely! You not only made the most of your color choices, but there seems to be great texture and dimension, too. I maybe have that same example pinned!

That is about a six inch hoop. I used it to mark the circle, then put it in a bigger hoop for stitching.
