I had a hard time picking out the color. My first go-around had them looking way too much like Mike W., so I started dry brushing and really liked it. My partner, Chameleonhound, named them Strawberry Galaxy, and it fits! The bird is named Squirt.
This was my first time using air-dry clay. I used Sculp’d. It was fun to create with, and I will definitely be doing more. I have already made a few more things out of it, which I will post soon. I am glad I took a shot and went outside of my comfort zone for this swap.
I love them! The colors are so very pretty in person, and the sculpt clay has such a nice feel when you’re holding this sculpture - sturdy and substantial without being rock hard and super heavy.
