Fudge just needs to set and then I get to taste test to make sure it came out alright! It has a layer of dulce de leche caramel in the middle and I’m not sure how that’s going to effect the fudge setting up. Plus I was playing with the cocolate mix to avoid anything cloyingly sweet given the caramel adding a ton of sweetness. So this is a grand experiment!

If this batch works out, I’ll do another batch mid-week or this weekend so you can both grab some @susieoregon & @Mountains_and_Clouds. And you never know, you two might be the only ones who really want fudge!

I’m not a huge peanut butter fan, so probably not. I’m currently testing recipes for my Christmas send-outs to friends and family and I avoid using nuts in any of my baking in case a family member or friend that gets some cookies or candy has a nut allergy.

There is a super simple peanut butter fudge recipe by Alton Brown. 4 ingredients and made in the microwave. My family loves it

Fudge is in my shop along with a new ghostie ATC and 2 sets of autumn alcohol ink notecard sets.
The fudge is sweeter than I wanted but still yummy. The center layer of dulce de leche caramel is a bit messy so have a napkin handy when snacking! Fudge will come with each piece individually wrapped.

Any interest in this mini canvas? I finished it this evening. I’m considering outlining everything in black, though I like the white and orange only look too.
I’m also working on some more cards. I finished one. It is a bit heavy for a notecard though. I plan on doing 3 for 1 though so not posting it until I have 3.
