This! Except I’ve seen “no, really, don’t push yourself” times of up to 6 months, depending on the study. 
(I say, sitting here on the couch trying to remember to hydrate better b/c I just got my booster yesterday…)

I am mostly better. I’m trying to get off my omeprazole, but I’ve only whittled it down to once per day instead of twice. My next step is every other day.
I don’t get heartburn, I get aerosolized stomach acid which sits at the top of my esophagus and makes it feel like I have to cough. If it gets irritated enough, I have a coughing fit then I have to go lay on my left side and distract myself until it ends. This is really annoying if I have to go places and don’t have the time.

I have a client who has had long covid for 5 years and takes a handful of medications for it daily. They used to be very active and healthy and it’s really hard to see them still struggling after all this time.
Yay for boosters! I got mine last weekend with a flu shot and it did kind of wipe me out for a day, but after that totally fine and glad to get it!

Apologies if I seem absent at the moment. My big bird festival is this weekend so I’m deep into my packing/making sure I can fit all the stuff In hoping to bring without it breaking in my suitcase on the 45-minute flight…! I’ll probably close the shop for a few days over the weekend, just in case, but should be back and more alert by Monday or Tuesday!

I am working on projects, but I am a very slow crocheter. Hoping to add some new items next week and then maybe work on some non-crocheted items. We still have almost a full month left so lots of time to craft!
