This swap will be USA only. I apologize to the international LC swappers. If you would like to organize your own, please do! You can contact a moderator for a spreadsheet to keep track of points. I can give you a crash tutorial on how to run this swap. You can always ask for a personal swap as well.
DATES:
signups: probably in Sept
signups close: a couple weeks after signups
over/under week is: probably mid-to-late October
last day possible after over/under week is: either end of October or early November
Shops start with at least FIVE (5) finished, handcrafted items for the other swappers to choose from. THREE (3) of these finished, handcrafted items must be new items to this round and not have been offered before in a prior round of the STS.
The scale is from 1-5 points for each.
I suggest you have at least ten handcrafted items, if you aren’t planning on crafting your way along with the swap.
Also, budget ahead of time for shipping your items.

If 2024’s STS taught me anything, it’s that I need to make a ton more items for the store early in the year and then replenish my store with them throughout.
Aww, thank you. I thought having 12 art pieces in addition to my existing shop items from the previous year would be enough. But I feel like 24 would have been a heck of a lot better and then I could replenish my store weekly rather than trying to make new pieces throughout because I can be slowwwww. That’s just me being neurotic, I’m not saying that should be anyone else’s strategy.
Also, I really wanted some more clay characters in my store and that didn’t happen.
Bunny1kenobi was a ninja on that one! I’ll definitely work on some more monster pots for next year and maybe some monster mini vases because I have some cute little milk bottle looking glass bottles that would make the cutest vases.
