Would it be allowed/would anyone like to “buy” custom cross stitch patterns?
I’ve been doing them for ages because I bought a cross stitch program a long time ago. I don’t just convert pictures to the cross stitch program and that’s it; most of the time these programs do it wrong and the colors are all over the place and you have to fix them or there’s too many colors/ it’s too big of a picture. So what I do is I make actual manageable designs and I design them myself so like, I use procreate to sometimes draw stuff or arrange clip art or whatever to work for the design. It’s real work. Here’s some ( sometimes unhinged 
) examples my friend commissioned:
This one is from an original crewel embroidery I did that a bunch of people requested a cross stitch pattern for. Lisa Frank colors. Again, my computer is set on yellow and I didn’t feel like converting all these over to picture and then onto LC lol.
Also, let me know if you want any of these patterns and I’ll just send them to you for free. 
Obviously they may be too specific but 
figure I’d offer.

Yes, you can put them in your shop. Here are the rules for custom items:
Can I offer custom items in my shop?
Custom items can be offered, but they must be finished and sent in a timely manner (so keep this in mind and only offer custom items that you can finish quickly). When completed, custom items should be posted and reserved on hold for the person you made them for. The person can then submit a formal claim for the custom item.
Putting custom items on hold (for a short duration) in your shop is at your discretion. Only items that are currently listed in your shop can be customized and put on hold. Example: you listed blue hats in your shop and a custom request came in for a red hat. You agree and make the red hat. You can then list the red hat in your shop on hold for the requester. The requester then can submit a formal claim for the red hat. Regarding the short duration: this is a reasonable amount of time for the requester to make the formal claim. If after a reasonable amount of time passes without a formal claim being submitted, then please remove the item off of hold and allow it to be open for claiming to other swappers.

There are a dozen other things I should be working on tonight…but instead this weird little monster materialized. Should I make him an ornament or just leave him as a tiny stuffie? Also, he’ll be in my shop in a day or two, when I have a chance to finish him.

I normally view “latest” on the site, find a post with the “craft swaps” tag and click that. It will pull up everything under that section.
Alternatively, from the homepage scroll to the Crafty Shenanigans section and click on the “craft swaps” tag there.
I use the bookmark feature to navigate as well. It’s very helpful.
