What a cool looking plant!
That plant looks so cool!
The mermaid tail is grafted onto another plant. In the wild, it does not look like that. It’s like a mutant. Wild!
I feel like this is straight of a science fiction movie lol very cool plant. ![]()
Tomorrow, the 28, is the start of Over/Under week! Make your last minute claims, stock your store, then start to wind things down for STS 2025.
" LAST CALL WEEK (over/under week) takes place after the swap is closed for claims in general. During this time, participants with greater than 5 points ( over ) will claim items from participants with less than 5 points ( under ) to even things out. "
Does that mean that we close our shops tomorrow if we have 5 points?
Yes, this is true.
Dang, I lost daylight for photography. It became dark and rainy and the sun is going down anyway. Ugh.
I can’t believe it’s almost over! This is my favorite swap.
It goes WAY TOO FAST OMG
I can’t believe STS is already over!
I didn’t get a chance to make those last few items on my list, alas. But that means I’ve got new things prepped for next year, I suppose.
My shop is closed for the season as I’m at 5 points now.
I thought we had more time. My shop is also closed since I’m at 5 points as well. I was planning on doing some Christmas items, but will have to save it for next year.
If I remember correctly, when this swap was on crafster.org, didn’t it also have one in the spring?
Yes, there was also a spring swap. Originally it was a month to month swap on craftster, but was changed to the seasonal market swaps. There have been a few spring market rounds here as well, but it sometimes did not have enough interest to get going. The fall one is more popular and usually has enough interested swappers. ![]()
It’s a lot to for an.organizer to organize.
I think that’s why there’s just the fall one.
So I just read the rules for organizing a swap. I am eligible to be an organizer and really thinking about organizing STS for spring/summer time frame. If we get enough people interested I would really like to have one another before the fall market. I guess it all depends on how many interested people would participate. What do you all think? What is a good minimum number of participants to make it worthwhile?
Hold up, I’m going through messages that were sent after 7:29p yesterday so no one is closed yet.
Thoughts on a spring STS: I totally cannot organize more than one a year nor can I craft for multiple, lol. It’s A LOT. Autumn is it for me.
Per our glorious swap leader my shop is back open if anyone wants to snap up a last item
