It looks like I’m the first one to receive, and I received such an amazing swap package from @Silky_Bee . She asked for a picture of my bike and let me pick a colour scheme, plus she’s shown pictures here of her own bike-related crafts, so I had some idea of what she was working on. But I was still blown away by what she made!
She made a pannier bag for my bike! It’s huge, and it can be taken off and used both as a backpack and as a tote. The fabric is waterproof and every time I look at it I discover new features. It’s a super practical design.

As for the German thing, she sent me this watercolour and embroidery hoopla of a German beach scene. It depicts a Strandkorb, a wicker beach chair that’s very typically German. I’ve heard of them but not seen them in real life. We don’t have them here in the Netherlands. I wish we had - due to medication I’m extremely sensitive to the sun so I have to stay in the shadow. I can picture myself in a Strandkorb with a good book!
And then she included these German sweets! That bag of UFOs was way fuller when it arrived, I don’t know what happened 
I stitched a beach scene myself last year and I never got around to framing it, but I think I need to hurry up now so I can hang them together. Thank you so much @Silky_Bee !!
