After making a post card for the Nerd Games, I couldn’t resist continuing to play with the watercolors. Since I enjoy her cheerful style (both of painting and of teaching), I just had to try Andrea Nelson’s tutorial for painting fireflies. I was out of post cards, so this one is 6"x6". Yay for cheerful little moments, whenever you can find or make them!
So cool. I love a good yellow/blue contrast moment. I wish I lived in a place that had fireflies.

Great job! I am also a fan of Andrea Nelson, although I have yet to try any of her tutorials 
But, I have a couple saved up that I hope to try soon. Thanks for sharing the link to this tutorial because I hadn’t seen it yet!
