Summer top from men's workshirt

I did a quick redo of a men’s workshirt I found while cleaning out old clothes. The fabric is very thick & heavy so I don’t know how much I’ll wear it, but it was fun just to make it a little more feminine. I didn’t use a pattern or anything. I just eyeballed it.

It looks awesome. Doing that without a pattern is pure magic to me.

It’s adorable!! Very cute on you, too. I also agree that doing that so neatly without a pattern is very impressive. I have a couple of my Dad’s old button-up shirts that he wore when I was a kid, and I’ve been struggling with what to do with them! This is giving me ideas. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::+1:

Super cute!

How cute! My husband lost a lot of weight and I saved his best looking long sleeve button up shirts to wear as light weight cover ups. Sometimes I think they are a bit overwhelming for my 5’2” height, so I might have to figure out something like this.
