I’ve been wanting to try soft pastels and finally gave it a go a couple weeks ago. I really enjoyed the painterly feel of the pastels and am really happy with how it came out. I’ve even started a second piece already!

Wow, that’s so well done. The sky and water can be tough sometimes. It’s all very fluid and abstract, but you still want it to read as a landscape and you achieved that. I’m inspired. I think I have some soft pastels around here somewhere…
