Thank you! It’s paper mache and just a base of foam core board covered in tiny strips of that brown packing paper you get in mailer boxes sometimes. I have a bunch of that stuff so figured it’d work just as well as newspaper (which I don’t typically have on hand). The finished sun is super light, but very sturdy.

First- a rainbow tin with magnets on the back- already at home with my other LC magnets!
And an absolutely fantastic cross stitch- the colors almost glow!

I received from @momiemae today! There was a beautiful painted box (I love and collect hearts!), a crocheted sunshine, a pen set and pencase, and a rainbow pin.

Thanks! Yes ,I tried to make everything heart themed. Painting that box was a pain. It is an old cigar box that I thrifted, and I had to put on 3 coats of primer to cover the logo completely.
