Super Sparkly Pink Dino Cake

It’s birthday season in my family. My nephew wanted a mango and strawberry cake with the theme of pink dinosaurs.

Behold! The sparkliest pink dino cake in the land!

It’s two layers of vanilla cake, filled with reduced & sweetened mango puree, frosted with strawberry swiss meringue buttercream.

Then liberally sprinkled with pink edible glitter and topped with (pink) white chocolate dinosaurs.

I think he’s going to love it!

That’s an interesting combination, not a usual request for a kid’s birthday cake, I would think.
