Tablet Zipper Bags

I’ll delete the older post in about a week, as I may want to add info from it to this one, heh.

Anyway, I can duplicate them, WOOT! Still some issues (Dizziness really makes it a little troubling with my memory while I’m working on them). However, I think I know a way to remove that problem by modifying the pattern with foam or any easier-to-shape batting than the quilting batting that I have been using.

These ones have a little wider mouth to make it easier to insert the tablet easier than the first one I made (Top). Kind of overly worried about scratching the tablet on the zipper, heh.

The space one has a lot of voids, so I didn’t have to match it up as carefully as the kitty one (However, I still didn’t get it to match up all that well, . I think it happens because it pulls down around the bottom of the bag more so after turning inside out. Next time I’ll have to try and push it up by about 1/8th of an inch.

Anyway, anyway, WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO! I actually made some things. :grinning_cat: .

I still can’t do the hidden-seam. I went about an inch and a half, then knotted the thread to which it broke, :face_exhaling: . Eh, this works, heh.

Also, a vid I had seen years ago, someone had used large washers to hold the fabric/patterns in place, and I finally picked up a few. Oh yeah, these are really really nice. Almost completely out of the way while I’m working on a piece of fabric, and I don’t have to worry about the fabric sliding off the table. Pshew! Awesome, heh.

The pocket on the kitty bag is a tad bit smaller, only because there was a matching area about 1/4 of an inch lower than I wanted it to be near the edge of the fabric. Else I would have had to cut into the fabric by a lot.
