My daughter in laws bday is on 3/17 but we’re celebrating her today!
2-9” cake halved make up the taco shell, cocoa pebbles with some melted chocolate mixed in make up the “taco meat”, yellow jimmies make up the cheese, green frosting is the lettuce, and candy melts make up the tomatoes

Now my mind is churning on a way to make a taco-looking ice cream cake…
You could freeze ice cream in the cake pans slice them in half and turn them on their sides for the “shell”. Or you could do the same and use magic shell to make them more sturdy

I was thinking cake for the shell and ice cream for the meat and frosting(s) for the toppings.
