My friend Onofre Tafoya made the most amazing bread pudding. He gave me the recipe and every time I make it, I remember him.
I have altered the recipe somewhat to reduce the fat and sugar content and increase the cinnamon.
I didn’t have quite as much bread this time as the recipe calls for so it didn’t rise as much as it usually does.
