Here is a photo of my Tardis Hat I made to attend comic con. I got the hat from Amazon (Satin Sleek Top Hat) for about $10 and I used ribbons and foam letters I already had. Then, I glued a LED night light from another project and put a bow in the back. To finish the look, I paired an old Tardis t-shirt with a blue tutu tulle skirt. Although it was a last minute cosplay and not what I originally had in mind, strangers stopped me to take photos. I hope you enjoy it and use it as inspiration.
