These guys are likely siblings, born from the same solids and scraps, but quite different.
One a strip quilt made from foundation strip blocks paired with solid to make half square triangles.
One a set of improv blocks, sashed with the solid to make some order in chaos.

I love both of them! Are these going to the quilt shop? If so, I’m sure they’ll be snapped up quickly.

WONDERFUL, each of them.
Anyone else here old enough to remember TV performances of the Pointer Sisters or Mandrell Sisters in the late 1970s or early 80s? They were singing groups and their stage outfits were coordinating, but not exactly matching. Similar, but in different colors or with different details such as sleeves or skirt length. Anyway, that’s what these remind me of - they go together, but each have their own personality!

I know what you’re talking about, but more with Destiny’s Child and T.L.C. Ha!
All your fabrics have so much interest and work together. You killed some scraps in the best way possible!

Chaos but order. I love it. I’m drawn to the tidy triangles dancing along the length. It really gives the overall piece a sense of movement.
