While delivering in the heat today, my bald spot and the headache I had finally etched into my memory enough to remind me I needed a hat, 
. Well, I really didn’t want to spend $15+ for a hat, and lo-and-behold, Wal-Mart had nothing I liked. I hate baseball caps, and the only other hats that looked decent were women’s. Which I’m not against wearing a woman’s hat, if the skirt I made a few days ago isn’t a good indication of that, 
. However, they were still rather pricey, and not the styles I would like to wear. Welp, I looked on the walmart web site and found this one. Realized it was in the craft area, and thought why? Then I noticed the tie dye stuff, and my brain went “WOOOOOOooooooo”, heh. Plus, the hat and the dye kit only cost about $8…Really cheap, and I get a cutesy little hat, 
(It matches my pink cup and my pink bottle, heh).
I’m glad you were able to get some fun crafting in while also taking care of a need. Plus, how great that the better priced hat also included some craft time!

(Insert mad scientist laugh here) I can draft this up pretty easily, and I think I have enough of my skirt fabric to do make the hat where I can reverse it for another fabric I have, heh heh heh. Oooh! This is going to be fun.

Man, I think that hat worked great. I didn’t feel as bad today. WOOT! Will definitely have to try and make a couple, as this one is a tad on the small side. 
. Wonder if I’ll make enough this week to spend $4 - $8…Erm, maybe $6 more to get white fabric and tie die those hats in at least two colors, heh.
Eh, for my day off tomorrow, I’ll try to make a hat out of some fabric I have on hand. Plus, see if I can push myself to make me another shirt. I’ve had a fabric from several years ago that I really want to make one out of, heh.
