Trio of fluorescent ATCs (they glow, too!)

Just sharing a few watercolor ATCs I made during last month’s Ongoing ATC Swap for the theme “dancing in sunlight.”

They’re neon/fluorescent watercolors with india ink, and I added some glow-in-the-dark watercolor to two of them (and a shimmery gold to the third one) too, so they can also be “dancing in moonlight.”

I love these. What a neat way to use those water colors.

They are absolutely stunning!

I’ve seen them in the gallery and wondered how you made them. Now I want glow in the dark watercolors.

I recently started a painting where I tried using glow in the dark acrylic paint but the glow is very faint and I’m not able to take a picture of it.

Thank you for the love, everyone!

@Silky_Bee I’ve had the same issue with both watercolor and acrylic paint. I find that they need to be a lot thicker than what I normally do. There are at least four or five layers of the glow watercolor on these.

I didn’t even know that fluorescent watercolors were a thing, much less glow in the dark water colors! These are really cool.
