I saw a card of tumbling blocks made with a three-part stencil , but I don’t HAVE that stencil, so I replicated the look with a cut file.
First I messed around with my inks to make the rainbow paper.
Then I created a cut file for the block frame, and for the diamonds that fill the blocks.
After cutting everything, it was time to glue! Dang, I made the white frame too wide to go through my Xyron. Liquid glue it is, then.
Surprisingly, the gluing went fast, because I made the inserts juuuuust the teeniest bit smaller than the frames, so they slid right in.
For no particular reason, I did all the tops first, then the sides.

Wow! This was a lot of work! I’d envisioned the frame being a cut piece and just laid over the rainbow paper, but I should not have been surprised by your attention to detail!

Gorgeous! I agree. The planning that went into this is impressive. Well done.

Is that ever gorgeous, wow.
Delightful! I had pretty much the exact same response as Bunny1kenobi. I am certain that in person that extra effort really pays off in texture.
