I love this fairy. She’s more dressed up than the others. She has jewelry and her outfit is a bit more fancy! I think the purple background really highlights the flowers too. Her wings are from a dead Cabbage White butterfly I found! They’re invasive but so cute!
It’s encased in packing tape to protect it otherwise the scales would come off.
This is the back of it. The cat is a napkin I got from Dollar Tree and the chickadees are from vintage wrapping paper.
And I lined the inside with vintage wrapping paper again.
Her wings are real butterfly wings from a dead yellow swallowtail butterfly I found! Those are actually the back of the wings because I liked the extra detail this one had on the back.

Thank you! I’m excited that I’ve made something kind of different. I think I’m starting to slow down now, though. I didn’t generally make the same thing over and over. And I’m running out of my current flowers. I have some being pressed currently. I might do some drawings and make those a center point. But hopefully I can finish up the two I’m currently working on. I have one binder and one journal.
Oh and I designed some recipe pages and dividers if people want to make the numbers into cook books and make it extra special! I made them on canva and tried not to use any ai images. I’ll have some printed out and in protective covers available but also digital files people can buy off Etsy if they want them. Here’s what I made:
I have really specific wants for how recipe formats are and these are perfect for my needs. I want one long list for ingredients specifically. And you don’t need labels for “recipe.” Like we know it’s a recipe? So I just made a space for the name of the recipe without it being labeled"recipe"
WOW! Those are great! And with plenty of room for writing all the details. I also have specific ideas of how I think recipes should be written which is why my cookbooks have notes written in them. Of course, TheMisterT does 99% of the cooking these days, so I hardly look at cookbooks any more.
