Here are the valentines I made for this year. Nevermind that some of them were a week late.
The pop-up cards are from a book about pop-up cards using antique valentines. It was neat to see how they work, but some I’ll have to research further because I could not figure out how they went together. I have a zipper bag with more to be assembled.
Not a pop-up but uses the same imagery.
These have card bases that I embellished.
I made this one for my son because he is currently obsessed with the game Hollow Knight.
The front mask is on a wobbly sticky.
This is the one I made for my husband. It’s based on the animated tv show Futurama. Craw?
This is the one I am most proud of. I used copies of vintage McDonalds valentines. I’ll have to see if I can get more pictures from other views. It’s for my parents, but I’m waiting to give it to them in person. It makes me laugh because my mom loves hamburgers from McDs. Maybe I should make a separate one for my dad?
Thanks for viewing!
