I made some noms at 1:00 in the morning. Lol
The lemon curd is supposed to leak out when you cut it. I used coconut sugar so the coloring for it all is brown. Not the prettiest but it tastes good!
I think I should have mixed around the lemon curd a bit more but 
I kinda ate too much…
