I made this folio for @Bunny1kenobi in the Junk Journal Add-Ins Swap. The tutorial I used is from My Porch Prints.

It starts with just a plain manilla folder, a few folds and cuts, some pretty papers, a bit of glue…then embellish to your heart’s content!

This has a great look and lots of detail, but it also looks like it’s ready for someone to add their bits and bobs when they use it in a journal.
