0500 was abandoned at The Old Mill during Jaymz Bee’s Caravan of Music last night. I wasn’t able to get photos but it was gonzo in a flash, that place was PACKED with revellers.
It was a pink background, crane of yellow stars.
About 10 months ago, I was chatting with @sloth003 about getting one of her cranes to the Yukon as it was the last Province/Territory in Canada without one. I knew my brother trucked up there a few times each year so I asked if he’d place one and he said yes. I mailed it but the trips kept getting delayed so he carried it around until yesterday. He found a great place for it I think.
Seriously, though, I had us getting coffees and letting my kid talk your ear off for those few minutes before you revealed your lack of proximity. He’s literally like 20 minutes from me!
well, we’ll just have to keep our eyes out for a “next time” opportunity.
Let this be a lesson to us all- if you’re a’travelin’ (or someone you know is and you can tag along for funzies!) put the call out to see who you might meet “in the wild” while you’re gallivanting!
Saratoga Springs NY Sept 5-9. @sloth003 I’m gonna need more cranes if I plan on becoming a travelling Phishwife. I have 9 stashed for Ireland next month, @Edel is taking us to the most magical looking place! Cranes gonna get sprinkled in every nook & cranny along the way
Hm, yes. I have something to send her in the mail so will put these 9 in that box. It’ll likely get there long after we’re gone, lol. Send me more to take with us, or bring them for a pizza visit!
