Who knew pink would be the thing?

I’ve been struggling to find my quilty mojo. The last couple months have been a lot. The slothcave is still utter chaos and I have commissions starting to loom.

I was worried that inspiration was over, but then.A pattern idea came into my head, and as the universe does. Told me where it was to go. She loves pink. And I do not.

I had to partially disassemble 3 of these blocks to remove some glow in the dark spider print after an off the cuff conversation about Halloween revealed a touch of arachnophobia, but I kept the swear words I .
Still managed to blast thru this and I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m pretty sure it is not a bus

I really love this! I don’t have opinions about pink in general, but I think in this case it really framed your scrappy blocks well.

Lovely. You’ve managed to achieve pink as a neutral here and that’s impressive!

Love the black and white prints with the colors that you used for the blocks! Always interesting and dynamic! Not a pink fan either, but it works, especially if a person likes pink! Nice to see you jumping back into your quilting.

Oooh I love this!! I’m a pink fan :pink_heart: but the way you’ve designed it, the sashing looks quite neutral. The black, white and pink blocks stand out but the sashing remains in the background. I’m glad you’re finding your quilting mojo back, you’ve been through a lot!
