I had no idea where to put this. I guess this is applique. I never thought of it that way. Cool. :wink:
I made these for the Felt Badge Swap.
I love to do my hearts to the side to get that swirl effect, so I did that with the winged one here. I added a little silver thread to the wings for a touch a sparkle.

My second partner had Yeti as a theme, and since I have a cat named Yeti, I couldn’t resist!
I wanted to add a little something to it, so I added some seed beads as snow in the background. I think he turned out cute.

I think working with felt is so much fun. I bought a whole bunch when I was making animals, so I need to do it more often.

They are both lovely! I think the winged heart is my favorite though as that’s a favorite motif of mine.

These are the cutest! The heart has lots of dynamic motion… but that yeti is my favorite. He paradoxically melts my heart.

Both are so carefully and thoughtfully made! The colorway of the heart keeps grabbing my attention.
