We held a “Cookies and Crafts” party at our house for the holidays. I setup all sorts of little (inexpensive) craft stations for the kids. When they weren’t baking or decorating cookies, they moved around through the creating stations.
One of the stations was creating wood slice ornaments. Here are some of mine.

These are actually called “tree cookies” by the naturalist types! Awesome.
