Ooh fabulous! So glad you got such a happy package!!

I have been working on stitching something - not finished yet, but fingers crossed I’ll get it done for this month

And now that I’ve received it, I can also come back here and squeal over how gorgeous and perfect it is! The textures are just delightful, and the semi-rough-spun fabric backing is utterly perfect. I love it so much! :rabbit2:

I stitched this little 4x6 slow stitch piece for the IYP swap. It doesn’t fit the monthly theme, but ticks a couple BINGO boxes…French knots & bullion stitch, still not enough for me to get a BINGO. I’m using my partner’s photo because I forgot to snag one!

I just finished this block for a community quilt project. The 12 inch blocks will be on piont. With sashing separationg them. All in deep greens, blues, and purples.

I’m having a hard time giving this one up,but I know the quilt will be donated to someone who needsnsome love and comfort.

Beautiful, and I love the colours!

Whoa! Quadruple spiral!

I finished this little piece last night, just in the nick of time. Behold: rainbow!

The pattern is from Zahra Design Studio on Etsy, and uses a total of 20 colours (2 per segment). Stitched on 16-count Aida, it’s just around 6" square. Counting the placement of the confetti stitches was… not the most fun, but the cheery shades helped.

I still need to wash and frame (or otherwise finish) it, but for now I’m happy to bask in the rainbow.

Oooh, I like this!! The confetti must have taken some time but it was worth it.

I’ve stitched a lot recently but it’s all secret! So unfortunately no contribution from me this month.

It’s April 1! No foolin’ here! We had an awesome first quarter with 11 qualifying stitches by 8 different stitchers! Woohoo!! Here is the breakdown for those who are curious:

image

I counted marionberries’ latest stitch as I felt it could fit under “cosmic law” or “rainbow.” I reserve the right to retroactively apply the themes to your posted stitch. Please feel free to make the themes work for you…not the other way around.

And, since it’s the end of the 1st quarter that means it’s time for our quarterly drawing! Remember, multiple stitches (and BINGOs) earn you multiple chances to win! Several of you had your names entered into the drawing more than once…woohoo!!

Using the Wheel of Names, I put everyone’s entry in and let her spin! And our first winner of 2024 is…

@Jennalou!! Congrats! You’ve won a $20 Etsy or Amazon gift card! I’ll PM you for preferences and your email address. :tada:

A new month also means…new themes!! Our random themes for April will be:

April Themes

And a new BINGO card:

Have fun and happy stitching! :sewing_needle:

Sounds like a great band name! Am I the only one hoping someone puts all 3 of those themes in a stitch up? Lol
