Joining you all here now that I am unpacking my art studio and craft stash. (I have an art studio in the back of our bike shop in it’s new building. Been moving in and unpacking for the last two weeks.) My husband walked through, as my studio is also the thoroughfare to my office and a bathroom, and made commentary about the amount of stuff I had…. Hm. Well, he wasn’t WRONG exactly.
I finished a 2024 WIP here: Wrap Skirt and Sweater Outfit
I bought the yarn in 2016 and had to turn that into a cropped sweater because I ran out of yarn and it’s now discontinued. I have more in another color but it’s also one ball less so no clue how I will use that up. The skirt fabric was a thrift store find that I probably had even longer than that.
Now working up the same sweater pattern with Hempathy yarn I bought in 2020. I think I have enough for a full length sweater this time…
I have too much fabric and too many clothes saved for upcycling and repurposing. And a bunch of weird art and scrapbook papers I should use up….
