I’m so excited for your trip!! I hope you have a great time.
I’m just loving seeing everyone’s creative projects! You guys inspire me so much
2/7: More unnecessary envelopes, mini edition. But I did process and put away or recycle a bunch of calendar scraps.
A couple of them had to be altered into pockets.
Looking good @Bunny1kenobi!
Ooo! Love the mushrooms @Tapestry.
I had another craft date with a friend last night. We did more yapping than crafting so I only have one card to show for it:
And progress on sleeve #2 so far today (I just cast on):
Thank you! That masterpiece mini is gorgeous!
2/8: Cleanup-wise, I made good progress on the area behind where I sit to craft.
Craft-wise, I worked on my proper WIPGO card (the original I threw together on the back of an envelope) and started an ATC.
Also, let it be known that I found more calendar pages while cleaning and didn’t immediately turn them into anything .
Made a cheat sheet for my ink pens and started a little monster doodle postcard. Still working on the postcard though.
I really like my Ohuhu fine liners, they’re a nice set and not overly expensive.
#FishHatFebruary
I vote for Feb Fishes! What a great theme, omg. Monster March, Mushroom May… we should have monthly themes!
Jan - blahs
Feb - fishes
Mar - monsters
Apr - fools
May - mushrooms
June - ?
July - xmas in
Aug - ?
Sept - back to school/kid stuff
Oct - pumpkin all the things
Nov - ?
Dec - the mad scramble
Catching up a bit…
Day 7: cases in two books. One turned out nearly perfect and the other should only be viewed from a great distance
Day 8: Tried rounding a book spine for the first time. I have a stubby little hammer and am going to be looking for every opportunity to use it.
I love this idea! Might discuss with mods to make it more formal.
Also. I know I’m in the minority but I love January. It’s my favorite month. So I oppose “blahs” as a theme.
Loving the fish hats! @jellybean
It is the return of the light, after all
2/9: The only real tidying I’ve done today is emptying the trash and recycling containers on my craft space, but that will make further cleaning easier.
I also finished my proper WIPGO card (except for marking finished spaces off) and the pick-3 ATC I started last week, plus worked on the card I started yesterday.
