Joyfull January!
Look at that feathering !
Heh, that’s the only technique I was decent at.
Day 9: cased in a book and folded/sewed two more. I need to get some better press boards for squishing.
Yikes! I got behind on my updates.
Feb 5: No creating today.
Feb 6 & 7: More work on the Summit Shawl
Feb 8-10: Taking advantage of Mr. Squared being out of town to work on my craft area. I have pulled nearly everything into the living room in order to get it organized. Slowly putting it back as I figure out a better system. This is the before (so scary ):
I cleaned the house today so I haven’t crafted yet, but am hoping to squeeze in a few rows on my sleeve before bedtime. I have to finish it by tomorrow night for class! Five more increases and several inches left to go…
2/10: No tidying as of yet, but there’s like a 30% chance I’m going to end up throwing this journal I’m trying to bind out the window, which would take care of both.
These two pages will be together in my book … I Spy page and a fuzzy page with a photo showing what to look for. The I Spy page is 2 sided so he can look from both sides.
Super cool! You’re making great progress!
It feels like two steps forward then one back, I keep changing ideas and now I’m remaking some pages I thought were finished
I sense a theme…
Hoping to paint tonight, but also play with some new art supplies.
2/10: Put away some books and finished basic construction on my new whatever journal.
2/11: Miscellaneous pick-up. No crafting (yet?)
Update: I did end up couch-crafting some scrappy notecards.
I need to catch up with days 10, 11, & 12 so here goes.
Monday evening: printed out some more pages (not shown) and glued up some spines.
Tuesday (Snow Day!): Another small book formatted, printed, and sewn. Plus endpapers for current textblocks
Wednesday (Another snow day): Might as well format & print another book
