Finally put together the proper version of my new card
I am hoping to get a few bingos this quarter, which brings me to a quick question - if I get a bingo this quarter, am I able to continue playing the same card and using the already completed squares to help me get more bingos if it is within the same quarter?
I’m thinking I might be able to get a diagonal bingo, which would leave me with the two other corner squares to finish to get a second bingo!
This WIPGO game feels like a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure,’ like my next project is being led by where I will get the next Bingo .
lol Yes, you can keep going as long as it is in the same quarter. The purpose is to spur people on to finish projects and post here or in the forum. The more the merrier!
Which reminds me…
WIPGO
P1 & G2!!!
And…I still don’t have a win! I feel like the projects I am shoving to the side are being called, so maybe it is the universe telling me I need to find more winning projects! ha
Those are awesome! I love your combo of paper and stitching.
I have a WIPGO! Here are my project pics and card image.

Perfect timing! Congrats! I am headed to the West Shore of Harrisburg to go to Blick’s and a quilt shop to pick up the prizes!
FYI–Harrisburg is split into an East and West by the Susquehanna River. You would think they were different countries when you talk to people, but in all seriousness, it takes less than 15 minutes to cross the river to visit shops that we don’t have on the East shore where I live.
In early days, the West Shore was called “the White Shore”…but as times changed and the city grew, both shores are now diverse and we have multiple locations of larger stores on both sides of the river. Unfortunately, Blicks is not one nor is the closest quilt shop. But, as I said…about 15 minutes away! I like to spend half days shopping so I will be going to lunch between shopping as well…probably my favorite Japanese restaurant!
Two more completed crafts:
My daughter‘s 1st communion dress
And the only card I made in April:
I have a couple more projects that are almost done or completed but still without pictures
But somehow I’m still far away from a WIPGO
I’m just starting to come out of my craft funk. We’re at the “pick random yarns up and carry them around debating project ideas” stage. So far none of the ideas have lit a spark, but at least I’m no longer in the “may as well give all this yarn away” phase.
Yay! Thank you!
That sounds like a lovely shopping trip. I hope you got to enjoy the Japanese restaurant!
I realized that my current WIPGO card has so many time consuming projects around the edge that I’m very far away to complete a WIPGO.
I also realized that baking is considered a craft and I bake a lot. So why not make another card for that.
So here’s my brand new BAKEGO WIPGO card:
I somehow forgot the numbers and letters
Both sweet and savory things. Some are staples and other are things I wanted to try for quite some time.
Tell me what looks interesting for you, maybe it helps me pick the next treat I make.
I am going to hope you get a WIPGO win because all of those cooking projects sound so yummy! Popcorn cookies? That sounds intriguing!
I finished another goofy project. I am having a lot of anxiety so projects like this help me calm down.
That’s so cute and I can totally relate to crafting as some form of therapy.
Did you paint the inside of the ears or use a different yarn?
To cross off the first item from my new card:
Here’s the kransekake I made for DD first communion:
I just realized that I didn’t take proper pictures of it. The day was just too busy.
Well this does look like a proper picture! Congratulatons on your daughter’s first Communion. I bet she loved that table full of treats.
I used a make -up blush. I rarely wear much make-up so the blush is probably very old…suitable for crafting but not wearing.
Your kake is fantastic! Looks like a lot of work…and getting it to stack so high must have been a feat!
Last week I finished my 47th project! I was able to squeeze a few in while waiting for a trim lumber order/delivery. Still there is a piece on backorder, but it is a purely decorative piece, so I can proceed with the Big Bookcase Project. However, we’re leaving for 10 days at the end of the week and I also have lots of preparing to do for that, so we’ll see how much woodworking I get done. I’m taking the car we’re driving on our trip to the shop to fix the A/C this morning and making up some white chicken chili to freeze for a neighbor who has just had open heart surgery. TheMisterT is going to make lasagna for him. we’ll freeze meal-sized portions. His son was going to to come care for him, but was in a horrible accident the day before the surgery. He’s in a much worse situation than his dad now.
Oh no!
I’ll send good thoughts their way.
