I purchased a few knit patterns at years end and then had to buy some yarn to make them, so yeah, I already have a list going as well!
I am also going to go down the rabbit hole of making a bunch of felt items. I realized I enjoyed hand sewing and decorating a lot and it is something that is small, portable, and relaxing for me. I am hoping for a more calm 2026 with a lot more sewing and reading. I am gearing up teas and snacks as well.(healthy ones to go with my new weight management program).

Those look right up my alley as well! I am hoping dessert teas will keep me from wanting to eat sweet things. Drinking a calm and sweet tea is one of the coping mechanism they list in my weight loss class.

Hey everyone!
I know many of you are already planning your 2026 makes (I am talking to you, @manders!)
I have set up the 50 Projects for 2026 so you can start making your lists if you want!
Transfer over anything you aren’t going to get to but still want to make. Add new items or links to inspiration. Make the list YOURS so you can set the goal you want to achieve! It has been proven that those who set goals and commit them to paper generally achieve them!
Here is to a creative and successful 2026! Most of all, have fun and enjoy the friendships and seeing all the projects!

Someone gave me a skein of that once and I was pleasantly surprised how lovely it was to work with! Nice on the skin! I like the close crochet stitches to make it a warmer wrap!
Welp, I worked diligently over the last two days to get one last project done and I didn’t make it. DANG! It will be among the 1st of 2026. I ended up with 109 which is a good deal more than I thought I’d accomplish given the big projects I tackled. WOO!
THANK YOU, @AIMR for always putting this together! I’m already excited to see how many and which projects I make in 2026.
