A Little Bird Told Me - Ornaments

I made some scrappy bird ornaments for my partner in the recent Positive Affirmations swap (plus an extra for Shop The Swap) . The biggest challenge is making a legible, relevant sentence with the word scraps I have! Annnnd I’ve started cutting up cards and letters I get so I can incorporate hand written words as well. It’s a sneaky way of including elements from my fellow crafters in the pieces I make.

I kind of love these guys.

Sadly, I didnt get pics of the red/pink bird I made.

Very sweet bird, and I love the way you did the words in the dangling quotes.

These are adorable. I can picture one hanging from my rear view mirror if it was on an elastic cord!

What a fun and unique idea! I really like how you used thread to ‘sketch’ the outline of the bird.

How do you adhere the words onto the fabric? Is it fabric glue?

Thank you! I used Tombow Aqua glue. I mainly use it for papercraft but it works for adhering paper to craft felt as well.
