I’ve kept up my abandoned affirmation project (original post here), but for this batch I decided to use up the little cardboard dividers I’d been saving from tea boxes.
I was brayering paint for another project, so I did some on these while I was at it just to give it a base layer. The patterns and sentiments I did in paint pen. Some of the pieces seemed too wide, especially compared to a couple that started out really thin, and I cut them in half before adding the words.
These are fantastic! I hope they cheer the folks who find them.
I love making bookmarks and sneaking them into random books in the library. I also sneak them into paperbacks that I’m through with, and leaving the books at random bus stops. I put a sticky note on the book to let people know that it’s been left there in the hopes that someone will take it home.
