I still had all this cardboard leftover from a mask-making workshop nearly 3 years ago, so I put it to good use for this.
St. Michael is often depicted as a warrior, so I made some armour, a shield, and a sword. My son wouldn’t wear a helmet because of sensory issues, so I didn’t bother making one. He also didn’t want wings.
The belt has velcro dots on the inside to make it easier to put on and off.
all the kids looked so cute in their costumes. The celebration was great fun.
