I had some over ripe bananas and made 3 mini loaves of banana bread using this muffin recipe
I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon. And cut the baking soda, powder, salt in half because it just seemed to much for a 12 muffin recipe

That looks really yummy. I have a go-to recipe for banana bread, and I swear the secret ingredient is adding 2 Tsp of water to help moisten it.
