If you’re looking for a craft to use up scraps, get more organized, or just for fun, this swap is for you!

It’s a basket swap! You can use any medium to create your basket. Get as creative as you like! When you are done, add one extra small item (approx. $5 value). This item can be crafted or purchased to add to your basket. The body of the basket must be handcrafted. Easy Peasy! Just make sure your basket is sturdy and reusable.

Oooo. This looks really fun, but I have too many commitments right now and the swap the shop is coming up.

This would be a good one for any crochet hookers out there. You can make some great baskets with bulky yarns or holding multiple strands together.

Hmm… I’ll have to think about it. I don’t have a crochet project right now, and baskets are very meditative and usually small enough to carry around while working on.

I just finished this basket. And it is full of yarn for the next one. Sorry future partner, these take me too long to make for this swap, but I have lots of fabric that needs basketizing.

You can discuss that with your partner. But i am not expecting anyone to make huge baskets unless both partners agree on it. Do what you’re comfortable with.
