Bead window hanging

Inspired by the bead strings by @calluna, I got busy with beads in shades of turquoise, blue, and green. Beaded curtain/suncatcher/windchime in glorious blues

Toward the end, I added a few purple beads, and some orange and yellow beads to spice it up.
It’s a total of 176 inches of beads. That used maybe 1/3 of the blue/green/turquoise beads, including lots of singles and fuglies I would never use elsewhere.

I didn’t have any of calluna’s camel bells, so I used big beads and pendants.
I made the mermaid and the two tropical beads back when I was doing glass torchwork.

Love it! Great that the project helped you clear some things out of stash. Perfect home for your mermaid and handmade beads!
