I borrowed an electric water canner from a friend and I will NEVER use the stovetop again.
Plain Strawberry, Strawberry Jalapeno (jalapeno we grew) and Ginger Peach. First time using crystallized ginger as well as fresh grated. Turned out really well.
And I was super excited to have extras right for the fridge. We’ve eaten so much toast in the last 2 days.
Get out of her way, she’s got a whole heckuva lot of jam to can! These all sound delicious and make me want to dig jam out from the back of the fridge and have a toasted english muffin.
