Birthday Gift Presentation: boxes within boxes of hints

I bought my husband an experience-based birthday gift that doesn’t give you anything material as “proof of purchase,” so I decided to make a little show of it to present it.

He had it figured out by the time he read the word “Indestructible.” Can you guess what the gift is?

I’ll bur the next hints so you can guess if you wish

If you’re a metal head, you might have a guess by now

And if you like a certain band that elevated a certain extremely popular song to what it was always meant to be… you definitely know what it is by now

And the final reveal…

This is just a printout of the screenshot of our tickets, since Ticket Master now does everything off your phone. But I wanted to give him some sort of thing to open to see what I was giving him

Here’s a video of the “exploding boxes” in action; I hope it’s ok to share.

I finished making this box on Monday and it took everything I had to wait until today (his actual birthday) to give it to him  He loved it!

Thanks for looking!

This is AWESOME! What a great way to present concert tickets! Even if you actually had paper tickets, this would be an amazing way to present them as a gift.

Thank you  I had so much fun making it

I was having a hard time deciding what to give him for his birthday, and then I thought… this is something he more than likely wouldn’t buy for himself, even though I know he’d be thrilled to go  He said I was right
