I was going to add a project in the art category, but I have a message at the top that says I am not allowed to post in that category. I proceeded to click through other categories, and they all say the same thing. I can, however, post here and in the lounge. Please help! Thank you.

Hey there! Once you are in Art, you have to choose either Completed Projects or Discussion and Questions. Once you have clicked into one those, you should be able to start a thread. Please try it and let me know if it works for you.
