I can second it being really yummy 
Though I feel like the recipe could benefit from onion or salsa or something being added to it. It’s very sweet, as cornbread tends to be haha.

Ooooo, this looks fabulous! Might be a perfect way to use up some molé sauce from the freezer. Must try!
