Notebook covers done…3 gifts being mailed today. Woohoo!
Now just have to finish the ear warmer. My brother and his family are in Texas for Christmas, so I won’t mail until they are back anyway, but still feels like I should have the gifts done/ready before the big day.

You have such a good eye for color and design. The contrast with the black&white is so classy and these would not at all be out of place in a high-end boutique shop on Cape Cod. (Near where I live so that’s my “fancy pants” reference lol)

Cape Cod is fancy pants. We did a vacation there a few years ago, but the girls were so little we will have to go back someday. Loved Provincetown!

Lovely … I was always intrigued by this style but the twist intimidated me until I figured out how it is created.
I think we need a sock update 
This one was super easy. It’s sewn together after the fact. I made one before that involved turning your knitting in the middle which required more spatial rotation than my brain likes to exercise.

I know! I legit fell asleep before getting to it both nights. And someone with whom I spend all day, every day, has been especially lousy at self entertainment this week. I also set myself up for failure by creating a life where she doesn’t care about screen time, so even a “heyyyy, wanna watch some of your favorite showwww?” often gets met with a “no thanks, let’s PLAAAAAAAY!”
