Now this type of bag would make a perfect knitting bag! The drawstring closure is good so that cats can’t get the yarn, but the handles and shape make it easy to stand on it’s own or move about. Thanks for the link. I need a few of those for my 2026 knitting projects!
@Tapestry thank you! I’m actually at my mother-in-law’s house and I’m using her machine in that picture. I’ve had a hard time sewing at home. She watched the kiddos that day so I could sew. I had SEW much fun.
@AIMR ooh, it would definitely make a great yarnie bag! The fabric was smooth and silky feeling. I’m used to using cotton fabric or felt, so the floppiness was weird for me lol
One thing thing in the video I didn’t add was a top stitch around the bag. I kept seeing the bag to itself so I decided not to do it.
