Chunky Halloween Houses - Halloween Spooktacular Entry 2025

My swap partners both have received and I wanted to add this to the Halloween Spooktacular entry. This was my first time joining this swap and was a bit nervous on how to start. It turned out much better than I thought. I had so much fun making these.

I used upcycled cardboard from food package for the main house.

Searched for some cool photos online, in regards to my partners questionnaire. Layered the printouts to get a 3d effect. Used popsicles sticks for the fence and painted it white.

Used a drill for the holes and squeezed the lights through them. The light were from a stash from dollar tree.

You did a wonderful job on both of these!

I loved the 3-D effects and the lights.

What did you use to stick on the battery pack?

I used my hot glue gun. The holes are just enough space for the light to poke through so I didn’t have to glue them on.

Charming and disarming! Especially with the light-up component!

It’s lovely on its own but the lights really make it next-level.
