Okay, I tried! …But I’m officially giving up on finishing this.
I did learn two new crochet stitches (loop stitch and waffle stitch), so good outcome even if it is incomplete.
It’s very satisfyingly squooshy!

So creative!
Well done! And that waffle stitch works perfectly for the ice cream cone!
Nooooooooo, you can’t give up, you have to finish. It’s so adorable
Finish it! Its so cute! I am declaring you the creativity winner and I am going to send you a prize! TBD.
Oh my gosh!! How adorably awesome!
I decided to continue this for a little while longer. It looks like people had some fun this month, and that is what it is all about!
September’s image by Anja Waage
This is awesome! he’s cute legless too.
this is a cool image
Thank you, I try to find things that I think will offer a lot of interpretations.
Oh, this one will be fun … lots of ideas swirling through my head after the first glance.
Yes, very interesting image for September!
I’m afraid the crocheted monster will probably be armless and legless (well, there is HALF a leg behind that roller skate, but it’s not attached to the body) at least until after Christmas. Just juggling too many things.
No prize necessary, @gozer. It was a fun challenge to try to figure it all out.
That monster is perfect!
I like this month’s challenge graphic. Got some ideas swirling.
Love the monster stuffie!!
And yay for a new image (even though I dropped the ball last month…)
Oooh, just had an idea for this month’s challenge! But I’ve got to finish some other swap projects first.
I’m in a training class that is mostly review for me. It’s like a vacation!
While the instructor is talking I’ve been drawing.
I’ve been trying to improve with alcohol markers and shading. I bought marker paper but still had a bit of bleeding. I probably need better markers.
She looks like she has 5 o’clock shadow
Wow, she looks great! I love the pattern in the sweater. And the scissor-bird is adorable.
She looks amazing! You have a knack with the markers. Love the hair!
this is wonderful!
Lovely job!
I find markers really difficult. You rocked this!
